12:58 - View northwest from the lower lookout platform toward Waimanalo Bay and Makapu'u Beach. I use my binoculars to scan the parking lot at Makapu'u Beach Park to see if I can spot any more criminals breaking into parked cars. Our car was burglarized there the day before.
