Another Peek at Makapu'u Point Lighthouse
|
Looking east
from the roof of the bunker (in the foreground) atop the summit of Makapu'u Head (647'). This point stands at the very easternmost tip of the Island of O'ahu. The flat area below hosted three lighthouse keepers' buildings.
The old water tank on the slope below marks the route I'll climb down in a few minutes.
